Forgiveness is one of the basic steps to your freedom from lust. Your offender/s transferred lust to your spirit when you were abused. To close the door to lust and cancel any links, you must forgive the person/s who abused you.

Build truths in your spirit.

Truths to confront lustful spirits must be embedded in your spirit, soul and body such as:
1. Truths that you love God above yourself and above others.

2. Truths that lust is not pleasurable. Holiness is pleasurable and exciting

3. Receive truths from the Holy Spirit and declare them in your prayer while you are not under the attack of lust. When it comes, your spirit which is built with truths against lust will be strong to subdue it.

4. Now that you are set free, you have become sensitive to lust. When you feel that lust is in your body, remember this: That lust is not yours, it is coming from your environment/atmosphere. There are possible sources:[1] You are in a place infested with lustful demons such as prostitution joints and places where there are lustful activities; [2] You are sensing a lustful person; [3] You are sensing a carrier of lust. A carrier is not the lustful person. He/she is only symbolizing another lustful person, place or past/present/future activity in his/her or your life.
