This site is owned and maintained by Rule & Reign Mission, Inc., a non-profit Christian organization based in the Philippines ministering to the Body of Believers.

Rule & Reign Mission is composed of non-salaried volunteer workers from local Churches and organizations. The Board of Trustees and the executive body are composed of Senior Ministers of different local Churches. 

Statement of Faith

We believe that there are three divine persons in one God: the Father; Son, and Holy Spirit. Salvation is by grace through faith  resulting in a family relationship with Jesus Christ, who is the Way, the Truth,  and the Life (Eph.2:8-10;John 14:6). The Bible which is the written Word of God containing the Old and New Testament must be written in our hearts and manifested in our lives (2 Tim.3:16,17;  Rev.22:19). Every Born-Again Christian following the teachings of Christ must bear the fruit of the Spirit, use the spiritual gifts and grow into the fullness of Christ (Gal.5:22,23;  Eph.3:19;4:13). The Church is not a single denomination or organization but a family of Christians in many denominations, fellowships, and groups where Jesus is the Head (1 Cor 12: 20-27;  Eph.4:4-13). Jesus gave the fivefold ministers to equip and mature the church into the fullness of Christ (Eph.4:11,12). Jesus Christ will come again for His Bride, the Church, when she is spotless and blameless,  ready for the wedding, (1 Thess 4:16-5:1-3; Rev.19:7).

Vision & Mission

We envision S2 Warriors a.k.a. Watchmen possessing gates, putting evil under their feet, building God’s Kingdom, ruling & reigning in the spirit realms over territories, regions, cities, nations, and any area of responsibility assigned by the Lord.

Mission

To design, innovate, create, develop curriculum and conduct training modules for intercessors, prayer warriors and watchmen;

To raise and mobilize an elite force of Prayer Warriors a.k.a Watchmen & Gatekeepers through gatherings, events, seminars, conferences and boot camps;

To organize or support prayer movements, assignments and Mission Order of Battle in strategic places and domains of evil in cities and nations;

To mobilize intercessors and prayer warriors of various levels in the apostolic mantle in their specific assignments and MOB;

To catalyze God’s army at large into fervent and effective prayer levels for God to manifest His purpose and glory according to His appointed times and seasons.

Network

Rule & Reign primarily serves the Body of Believers so it works in partnership with groups, Churches, Christian organizations, offices, businesses, schools, and the Church at large in putting everything under God's Kingdom. Our prophetic and apostolic mandate is mainly in the field of prayer, intercession, spiritual warfare, healing and building, and equipping.

Our Trail

We started to serve as prophetic and warfare ministers to the Body of Christ through JHMT, a prophetic team ministering to the Body of Christ since 1994.

In 1997, the Lord led us to move out of JHMT and form Rule & Reign Mission, Inc., registered with SEC sometime in May. During this time, the prophetic fire in the Philippines was being subdued by a negative attitude as a result of blunders committed by the young prophetic generation. 

In April 1999, God sent us to a warfare conference tour in Mindanao, passing through Pagadian City, Ozamis City, Cagayan De Oro City, Davao City, and Digos. Our last lap was Digos where we held a 5 day incubated training called SWICTS ( Spiritual Warfare In Commando Tactics & Strategies ).

From August to October 1999, we conducted the School of Destiny in Mayon, an incubated & intensive training for missions.
